Goods receipt is tied to production. Meat prepared on-site or externally is transported in cartons from the goods receipt area to a shuttle warehouse with 110,000 storage locations. The energy-efficient Stingray shuttles ensure fast storage and retrieval of cartons at temperatures from 32-39°F.
Efficient Palletizing and Material Handling
Products are transported from the shuttle warehouse to the labeling lines per customer orders and automatically labeled. The goods are then sequenced, palletized, and prepared for shipping. Automation results in streamlined, efficient grocery logistics.
