Schwerpunkt Fördertechnik

Als Trainer:in befähigst du  Mitarbeiter:innen der TGW Logistics-Gruppe durch Schulungen und Wissenstransfers zum eigenständigen Arbeiten. Das globale Trainings-Team schlägt die wichtige Brücke zwischen dem mechatronischen und steuerungstechnischen Know-How am Standort Wels zu unseren weltweit tätigen Inbetriebnahme- und Instandhaltungstechniker:innen sowie zu unseren Schwestergesellschaften.
Durch unser Onboarding Programm lernst du unsere Produktwelt (Fokus Steuerungstechnik/Fördertechnik) auf unseren internationalen Anlagen kennen.

What you'll be handling:

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Transfersicherung der theoretischen sowie praktischen Aus- und Weiterbildung von Kollegen verschiedenster Abteilungen (u.a. Inbetriebnahme, Engineering)

  • Konzeptionierung von Training-Designs (inkl. eLearning)

  • Erstellung, Verwaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen

  • Enger fachlicher Austausch mit Wissensträgern der Produktentwicklung bzw. Inbetriebnahme

  • Mitwirken bei der Planung von Schulungsterminen

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL) im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder ähnliches

  • SPS-Inbetriebnahme-Erfahrung vorzugsweise im Bereich Fördertechnik von Vorteil

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für unsere internationalen Kontakte

  • ​Begeisterungsfähigkeit, didaktischen Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung sowie Weitergabe Ihres Know-hows runden Ihr Profil ab

  • ​Reisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von ca. 30% (innerhalb des Onboardings ca. 70 % Reisebereitschaft)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 46.615 Euro
