In der Position als Senior SPS-Inbetriebnahmetechniker:in übernimmst du die Verantwortung von der Softwarevorbereitung im Büro bis hin zu kundenspezifischen Software-Anpassungen beim Kunden vor Ort.
Als wesentliche Schnittstelle baust du die Brücke zwischen unserer Entwicklung und unserem globalen Steuerungstechnikbereich insbesondere mit Fokus Sondermaschinen.

What you'll be handling:

  • Softwarevorbereitung und Anlagenemulation (Siemens S7/TIA-Portal/KEBA)
  • Kundenspezifische Anpassung der SPS-Software an die spezifischen Gegebenheiten beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Inbetriebnahme der SPS-Steuerung beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung der Schnittstellen- und Anlagentests sowie Optimierung der Anlage in der Hochlaufphase
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Steuerungsbereich – mit Fokus Sondermaschinen
  • Fachliche Verantwortung und Führung eines Inbetriebnehmer:innen - Teams beim Kunden vor Ort

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder Studium) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik o. Ä.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung / Steuerungstechnik (bevorzugt Siemens Simatic S7 / TIA-Portal / KEBA) und im Umgang mit Bussystemen (Profinet, ASI, Ethernet, Ethercat)
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 90%)
  • Mobilität (Führerschein B)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige:r, flexible:r sowie kundenorientierte:r Techniker:in

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 48.347 Euro
