Manager of Controls Project Management and Installation

• Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Controls Project Manager and E- Installation Supervisor to ensure effectiveness, efficiencies, and quality of all work being performed on and off site.
• Identifying, estimating, and mitigating risk for special implementations (i.e., prototypes) 
• Collaborating with and providing feedback to other departments in the implementation process (controls development, product management, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Ensure all projects meeting  required company and customer standards.
• Input on department budgeting and expenditures

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical systems experience
• Strong understanding of Electro Installation and Controls Engineering
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• System level working knowledge of PLC Controls and Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding for Industrial Communication Protocol (ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, etc…)
• Ability to read and understand CAD and electrical drawings
• Ability to travel 20-50% of the time
