Senior Human Resource Generalist

• Addresses employee concerns, mediates conflicts and fosters a positive work environment.
• Administers performance management processes, providing coaching and constructive feedback to supervisors and employees.
• Manages compensation structures and ensures competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Manages benefits programs including, but not limited to, health benefits, leaves of absence, and workers compensation.
• Leads and participates in HR projects such as organizational and employee development initiatives.
• Develops, implements, and maintains HR policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.  HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Four (4) to seven (7) years of human resources experience, preferably in a material-handling, industrial, or manufacturing industry
• Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve, combined with decisive judgment ability.
