What you'll be handling:

  • Entwicklung innovativer Designs für zukünftige und bestehende Anwendungen der TGW Produktpalette

  • Erhebung von User Requirements und Erstellung von UI/UX Konzepten

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owners, Designers, Developers und Customers

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Design Systems

  • Durchführung von Design Reviews und Usability Tests um eine konsistente Design-Qualität zu bieten

  • Aktive Teilnahme an der Prozessgestaltung und Möglichkeit eigene Ideen umzusetzen

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mediendesign, Human-Centered Design oder ähnlichem

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Bereich von Vorteil

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS

  • Kreativer Kopf, aufgeschlossen, kommunikative und wissbegierige Persönlichkeit

  • Fähigkeit, strukturiert und selbstständig zu arbeiten, aber auch gerne mit dem Team gemeinsam an ideenreichen Lösungen tüfteln

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und Freude an einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 46.615 Euro
